DESCRIPTION

Attacking Players must remain in their channel for 30 seconds, attempting to score as many tries as they can at the opposite end of the channel. The defender has to continuously make tackles to stop the attacker. Before the attacker can go he must wait for the defender to reload in the centre starting position.

COACHING POINTS

The aim is to put an attacker on a shoulder ans then close the space off to make the tackle.
