
On the 1st Whistle from the Coach, the exiting defender from the ruck, bounces up and starts to move as quickly as possible to A Defender position As soon as the exiting defender has reached A position in D line, the stationary defender who was holding A position moves out to B defensive position and the defender who was holding at B position moves out to C defending position The Coach will then blow the 2nd Whistle to trigger a PTB The Hooker will pass to a ball carrier, who will target between A and B or B and C defenders All defenders will be in a live play situation and will defend similar to in a game from these positions
