DRILL TYPE: Agility EQUIPMENT: (2) Ropes or Jump Ropes (8) Poly Spots SETUP: Players form a circle with poly spots so they can stand on. The coach is in the middle of the circle with a rope. MISSION: The coach with the rope, starts spinning it around on the floor level. The players have to jump the rope to avoid being hit by the rope. If a players gets hit, they will be awarded 1 point ( the player will more points loses. The coach can increase the speed of the rope for more difficulty. PROGRESSION: Give each players a cone with a ball inside, they must jump and keep the ball in the cone. Perfect for developing balance. SAFETY: Ensure players are well spread.
