DRILL TYPE: Warm-Ups FOCUS: Movement EQUIPMENT: (8) Agility Rings ( 2 green, 2 red, 2 yellow, 2 blue) ( 12) Orange Balls ( 4) Poly Spots ( 1 green, 1 yellow, 1 blue, 1 red) SETUP: Place (8) agility rings per team, 2 rings in the backcourt in the corners. The other agility rings in the the two service boxes, on the singles sideline and service line. The agility rings at the opposite singles sideline, place numbers of orange balls in the agility rings. Make sure both rings at the singles sideline have the same amount of balls. The agility rings at the singles sideline are empty at the start of the game. MISSION: Divide your players into 4 teams and have them line up behind the the team poly spot. At the start of the game, players one at a time will run to the full agility ring, picks up one ball, runs back and place the ball in their teams ring, tag the next player. That player does the same task. The team to move all their balls from one rings to the other ring is the winner.
