DRILL TYPE: Agility/ Groundstrokes FOCUS: Movement & Groundstrokes SKILL LEVEL: Red/ Orange Orange Ball 1 EQUIPMENT: Ladders (2) Tennis Balls Throw Down Lines (4) SETUP: Place two ladders in the backcourt on the baseline, in front of the the ladders place four throw down lines. Divide your students into two groups and they line up behind the ladders on the baseline. The coach is on opposite side of the net with a basket of balls. MISSION: One at a time, the students run through the ladder and do a split step on the throw down lines, and hit a feed ball from the coach over the net. The next student does the same task.
