DRILL TYPE: Warmups FOCUS: Movement/ Exercise EQUIPMENT: 4 Cones SETUP: Set up the four cones on the opposite side of the net in one half of the backcourt, for the exercise zone. Place the exercises chart in the exercise zone. MISSION: Players will get a partner and spread out through the court. One the signal from the coach, players will play â ROCK, PAPER, SCISSORS with their partner. The player that loses will move to the exercise zone and perform exercises and the player who wins will find a new partner and play â ROCK, PAPER, SCISSORS. The player in the exercise zone will look at the exercise chart and perform the exercises on the chart and after the exercise they can return and find a new partner.
