Purpose: Learn where the ball hit point is for beginners. Line up 4 players and 4 cones each in a line starting from 2 metres from the net until the service line. 1 basket of orange balls. 1pt for each ball hit over the net. Every time a ball is hit over the net the player moves back 1 cone until the reach the last cone.
Racket covers to kneel on for each player. Teach left arm track, racket hand back, hit point then follow through.
