Players in pairs with a racket each standing roughly one metre apart (preferably with a court line between them) take turns tapping up the ball with either forehand or backhand. Taking alternate turns to simulate having a rally.
Racket Strings facing up the way to ensure ball is controlled. Players can regress to doing this solo if struggling to work in a pair. Fast Feet in between shots to work on footwork and balance. Players CAN eventually progress to rallies over the net (similar distance) if they're getting good.
