
Purpose: To work on forehand and backhand ground strokes. Description: Place three poly spots on the the court. 1 in the service box, 1 on the service line and the other at the baseline. Place a racket on the first poly spot, the players line up in opposite alleys. The coaches are on the opposite side of the net with baskets of balls. One at a time, each player will move to the first spot and hit the fed ball from the coach. If the make the shot, they get to move to the next spot and so on. If they miss at the first, second or third spot they must go to the end of the line. If they make all three spots, they will earn one point. At the end of the game, the team with the most points wins. Safety: Ensure players are well spread out.
