Players are in groups of 5 on a court. 4 players play out a point and 1 player stands off at the side. Rally is played out and the player who causes the point to end either by missing the ball or hitting it out or at the net switches with the player that is off.
This can progress to having 6 to a court but teams of 3 in which the same rules apply but the losing player only switches with the other member of their team. Points can be kept in this version.
