Works on placement, hand-eye and movement. 1. Divide your players into teams and start with on player at the net without a racket and one player on the baseline verses two of the other players in the same formation on the other side. 2. The point begins with a courtesy feed and the player at the net can catch the ball for two points, if they misses the other team receives a point. 3. If the baseline player makes a mistake the other team receives a point. 4. Play best three out of five points or the first team to six and the winning team stays. 5. Players switch positions the next time they play a series. 6. For safety reason with hard hitters use foam or low compression balls.
