In this game there are more attackers than defenders.
The aim for the attackers is to dribble from one line to the other without being dispossessed. Every time they successfully do this they score a point for their team.
After a player is tackled they may retrieve their ball but they will not score a point on that turn.
Each team has 10 runs before you the teams are changed.
The team who scored the most runs is the winning side.
The higher the ratio of defenders to attackers the harder this drill will be for the attackers to score points.
Focus on the defensive aspect of this drill as well as the attacking side. Defenders should be looking to make a tackle every time the attackers run between the two lines.
Progression:
Players can only dribble with their left hand/ right hand/ alternating hands.
