DESCRIPTION

There are 4 differtently coloured cones at 3 mtrs apart in a square. 
One player/trainer tells the other players in which order they have to touch the cones before they may go for the ball.

At a signal they start their race to touch the cones in the right order and go for the ball.

coordination duel 1:

There are 4 differtently coloured cones at 3 mtrs apart in a square.

The trainer (or a third player) calls out de sequence of the colours of the cones to touch.

At a signal the start their race to touch the cones in the right order and go for the ball.

Make salto on mat, run to pole, sidesteps to gap between poles, receive pass from player at the starting point. run forward to starting point.
