DESCRIPTION

Blue team tries to pass 10 times without losing or dropping the ball.

Defending team try to prevent this and try to intercept and disturb passing. Once the ball drops or is intercepted they can have a try.

COACHING POINTS

Variations for game:

1. Small playing area
2. Larger playing area
3. With/without dribbling

10 Pass Game 2:

Blue team tries to pass 10 times without losing or dropping the ball.

Defending team try to prevent this and try to TOUCH an attacker in possession of the ball or intercept. Once an attacker is touched, he/she has to put the ball down and other team take control of possession.

Central Goal Game:

Playing inside half a court with a large mat in the center players try to press the ball onto the mat in order to score a point for their team.

After scoring the ball must be played to a player on the opposite team on the side line and then start the attack again ( quick throw off imitation).

pass - defend:

Two teams. In possion pass to other players if not try to get the ball.

- 1 point is scored when the defenders touch a player in possession of the ball (attackers must pass very quickly)
- change after 2 minutes

- ask for specific pass : bounce pass. both hands etc.
- play the game without dribbling.

Moving Goal Game:

Two equal teams play with one ball in half the court.

Two players who are on neither team hold an elastic cord (or a spare bib/piece of material) to form a moving goal. These two players must run around the pitch, keeping the goal open (stretched out).

The aim of the game for the other players is to score a goal into this moving goal through use of a bounce pass.
