To give your side the best possible start we go through formation ideas and explain the pros and cons of each one. Once you've assessed the options you can decide which formation will best suit our team and their style of play.
These are not all the options available to your team but they are the most obvious ones that may be used.

One thing we will discuss in future sessions (which will be automatically added to your Indoor Hockey pack) is the formation of playing without a GK and the possible new role of the keeper where they become an extra player when in possession and as a defender when trying to regain the ball.
