This Sportplan session is designed to encourage your team to practice using the wings to switch the play from the back to the front as quickly as possible so that they can launch the attack and catch their opposition out of position.
We start off with a simple passing drill, practising moving the ball from A-B as quickly as possible using the sweep pass, before gradually moving the skill more and more towards match relevant exercises - working on getting the ball to your forward players in front of goal so that they can test the keeper!
Once your players are nicely warmed up and passing with pace, this session will get them working on a passing pattern which they'll be able to try out in their next match - switching the point of attack before passing up field before bringing things to a nice conclusion as we finish with a Wide Out conditioned game, giving your players the chance to put practice into play!
