This session was created to help players work out how to pass the ball beyond the defenders to players running ahead. It should encourage players to keep the ball moving to the opposition's goal.
To get players thinking about the forward pass instead of always passing the ball backwards or sideways when there's a defender in the way. To really reinforce this idea this session finished with a game called it's not rugby which aims to discourage negative play, instead getting players to push on and support the player on the ball.
