Players work in groups of six, with 1 ball per group and set up in the following way:
4 attackers vs 1 defender (between the first cones) and another defender between the second set of cones.
Defenders can only move sideways in an attempt to stop the attackers getting through the area.
Once the attackers get through the first channel they turn the corner and realign, ready to attack the next channel.
The defenders slide across ready to repeat the drill.
