Are your players up to the challenge? This plan finds out how your players handle the pressure in this physical and testing passing skills session.
Sometimes your players are going to need to get the ball away by less conventional means, this is particularly true when off-loading in contact. To recreate this sort of fast hands pressure this session is all about passing the ball using a number of different passing types, including one handed offloads, as quickly and accurately as possible.
In addition to having to move the ball quickly this session requires a lot of running from your players, testing their fitness levels as well as their ability to focus, keep their heads up and communicate.
Working in small groups, your players will have plenty of time to practice, trying to improve their passing percentage - completing more passes while pushing themselves physically!
