The role of the Wasps Academy is to identify and develop talented young athletes from the age of 13 to 21, and engage them in an Elite High Performance development programme. Your players might not yet be at the same level as the players in this session but they'll benefit just as much as the young Wasps from working these three key skills our comprehensive session - taking them from warm-up to touch down.
Working on the fundamentals of rugby your players will improve on their running with the ball technique, engaging the defender and playing a strong and direct pass. Starting with individual drills and progressing into larger group drills this session can be used with all players, regardless or age, finding most of the concepts simple to teach.
