Hi Marc,
You can't download individual Sportplan drills onto your computer but there are a lot of other things that you can do:
- Add drills to your clipboard and save them as a session - these are then all saved online in your MyStuff folder

(more information). - Add drills to your clipboard, save it as a session and then save it to your computer as a PDF.
