2 Indoor Hockey situations%3A 1.)Could Sportsplan have Russel lay out how to defend a free hit/push into your circle from the left, center and right? More importantly show how the team moves/shifts when a pass is made from that area of the court to another in this situation. 2.) How to play against a 1/2 court system defense. What should the team be looking to do to find space and be successful.

Can you please assist me, I am coaching the 1st school team (0/18). we are playing 3-3-3-1 but there is a big gap between the forwards and links and also between the links and the backs. How can I change that. Is there any excercises that I can do with them or must we rather change the system??

I have a team of 14 year old girls who mostly want to run with the ball rather than pass. A lot of them are strong ball carriers and so often achieve success this way but am concerned that this strategy will not work once the other teams get bigger and stronger, and that it is too one dimensional. What are the best ways to change this approach?
How do you play against a team that is defending with all 11 players behind the ball and in the circle the whole game? (a bit frustrating)

Im finding it a bit hard to find a balance for all the players as there are young but also experienced ones. Working great but would now like to develop this with more drills. We have discussed decision making, leading runs and movement but I'm now looking for ideas of exercises that will develop these thoughts amongst the guys. All ideas for exercises we could use at training gratefully received
