Dribble pass and run

Player 1 starts dribbling, player 4 makes a move to the right/left and there is a short wallpass between 1 and 4. After containing the ball it is passed to palyer 2 and then they start off and player 1 takes their place, and so on.

Player 1 starts by running with the ball to the right hand cone, keeping the ball in contact with the stick, before passing the ball to the next player (Red Player 1). When the red number 1 receives the ball they mirror the move coming from either direction. After the pass the players join the opposite queue.

The player at the front of the queue passes to the player by the cones. They then dribble round the cones, shoot and the join the back of the queue. The player originally at the front of the queue then goes to stand by the cones and the exercise carries on in the same fashion.

Player 1 is dribbling with the ball and makes a short (wall) pass with player 2 who dribbles on with the ball. As the end players 1 and 2 have switched so player 1 passes to player 2 and then player 2 starts off dribbling and so on.

1 Player passes the ball to the player through the cones then follows it to put pressure on the receiver. The receiver has to try and pass the ball to the player left or right, and then follows the ball to take that players position. The second player receiving the ball runs back to the start.

Players work in threes in this drill, 2 attackers trying to get past the single defender and score in one of the two goals. The white player starts with the ball and dribbles towards the defender where they are presented with two options: They can either pass to the supporting player or take the ball themselves to go and score in one of the two corner goals.

This is a pass and follow exercise with 3 different elements that helps players with fast passing - particularly important when trying to score in the opposition's circle. Player 1 starts to run with the ball and  passes to the player on their left before reaching the 2 cones they are running towards. The player receiving the ball has to first time sweep the ball to the next player clockwise from them. This player receives the ball and restarts the practice, still going clockwise around the square. Every player should follow their own pass to the back of the next line of players
