Players stand on a spot with a basketball. Coach Blows the whistle players dribble/ bounce catch around the square. When Coach blows the whistle players dribble into the square cones and complete a task coach say. (Sit on ball/ Bounce two times with R Hand or L hand) when coach blows whistle one time the players leave their ball and run around the square. Coach . blows whistle twice find their ball and complete task and then dribble around the square next time around.
