Players are split into 2 groups, with half of the group starting on the baseline with a ball and the other half starting on the court. Player on the baseline passes their ball out to their teamate and then runs hard out in their direction. The player then receives a pass back while landing in a 2 foot jumper position. After receiving the pass the player then squares up to the rim by pivoting before a attempting a shot at the basket. Shooter then joins the opposite line. Focuses on getting a proper shooting position shortly after moving.
