6 players (blue cones) are set up inside a square (orange cones) they are team one. The coach (green cone) will hit the ball into the squarein the form of a catch. If the players catch teh ball it is 1 point to them and their team stay in, if they drop the ball however their team is out and the next 6players (white cones) come into the square and its thier teams turn. First team to 21 points wins.
