Warm Up (5 mins) Catch and Move 4 cones 3 tennis balls
You need to set out a coned area that all the players will fit in whilst being small enough so the players can dodge one another regularly. The players then should move around inside the coned area avoiding each other and gradually picking up the speed. Then balls should be introduced about one between two.Players should throw and catch between themselves whilemoving around in the area. To make it more challanging for the players change the way the players move around in the area such as high knees, heel flicks, skip and sideways.
