
Students form groups of 6 - two throwers standing opposite each other and 2 lines of receivers (2 per line). Thrower 1 at the start area throws the ball towards the centre if the grid where receiver 1 run towards the ball, catches on the full and throws to thrower 2. Receiver 1 continues running in a forward direction to join the queue on the other side. Receiver 2 then runs in to receive the ball to their left and throws to their right.
