Players on Cone A & D throw low catches to each other while players on cones B & E do the same - Crossing over diagonally. Coach hits or throws a ball on a catching plate to player at cone C. Emphasis is on players watching their ball only and catching it. Rotate players clockwise after player on Cone C has taken 5 catches for example. (Can introduce punishments i.e. 10 pushups for group for a dropped catch)
