In pairs of a similar ability, stand 5 yards apart between two cones that are the same distance apart with one ba The children should crouch down into a semi squat position and pass the ball between each other. After 10 succesful passes start moving side to side, staying in the semi crounch position. After 10 succesfulpasses whilst moving sideays stop. Team two pairs up (again similar ability), and get them to stand 2 on each side one behind the other. The two at the front start throwing and catching. If you drop the ball you switch around with the person behind you. The first person to catch 10/20/30+ passes (depending on ability) wins.
Stay low at all times. Get hands in the set position before each catch - hands sprea out with little fingers touching and pointing down. Try and catch everything with two hand and cupping hands around the ball not crocodile catching! Watch the ball into your hands.
