In here we will have attackers, 1 wicket keeper and feeder. 1.The attackers will stand beind the two red cone faceing forward, once the feeder hits the ball in the air, the attacker will have to run towards the ball to catch it and throw it bakc to the keeper. he will return back of the line and next person will go. they will do that for number of times 2. This time they will be facing the wall behind them. once the feeder hits the ball they will have to trun around and catch the ball. 3. At this stage, again they will be facing the wall and will have to run backwards and catch the ball. 4. This stage will test their fitness and movement. they will start on the floor, once the coach says go they will do a press up, get up and run forawrd to catch the ball.
