
Athletes start on a marker and catch a cricket ball. They then move clockwise to the next marker catch a ball and countinue for a minute. After a minute the athlete's get 30 secs rest. With each interval you can add in some different exercises. EG add a squat jump before they catch a ball at each marker.
Looking for high intensity. Make sure all the athletes have soft hands and plant there feet when catching the ball. Designed to be able to do the basics well even when fatigued.
