Set out rectangular area with 4 wickets in centre. Place different colour cones over wickets to identify each wicket. 1. Players positioned on outside of area and run round in the same direction. 2. One player has a ball. 3. Coach calls colour and player with ball must try to hit wicket. 4. Focus on player having to back up to receive the ball. 5. Every wicket hit is 5 points but every ball miss fielded by back up player is -3.
