Station 1 - Ladder Skill Station 2 - Hurdle skill Variation 1: Player backing up Trainer hits a ball for the player who performs a ladder skill and then attacks the ball directly for a throw off the wrong foot to the bowlers end. Fielder at bowlers end takes the bail off and then throws back to the trainer. Variation 2: Direct hits with net/goal behind the stump. Same as variation 1 except there is no player backing up at the stumps. instead their is a net or goal behind the line of the direct throw from the fielder which allows the fielder to practice direct hits.
