Warm up In groups Kit: 6 cones 3 batts 9 balls place cones lenght of pitch. split into 3 groups or more if needed. 1 bat with the person at the front of the line. when coach says go the players run up to the second cone which will have a ball on it the players must knock the ball off the cone then return to the next player passing the bat repet untill all have completed 1 run after a couple of goes make it into a racing game
