DESCRIPTION

1: Get into two groups that have an equal amount of players 2: First group will start at the blue cone and the second group on the orange cone 3: Jog from the blue cone or orange to the red or white cone. 4: Lunge from blue or orange cone to blue or white and back. 5 . Jog whilst moving your arms round in circles. 6: Then Sprint from blue or orange cone to blue or white and back . its a race so you need to beat your opponent.
