Coaching Points: Batter stands at either stumps A or B & the keeper stands behind the stumps either mimicking a left or right hand batter. Set up 2 rebound stumps and pugg goal nets back to back to collect the balls (as a backup for the throw) The batter simulates dropping the ball out to either leg or off-side where the keeper has a clear shot at the stumps As the batter hits the ball he calls for a run & the keeper has to get out of the box quickly and have a shot at the stumps.
