Have a team at every cone, ideally teams of 4. Each player sprints into the square and then back out to the cone anti clockwise to them and so on round until they return to the cone they started at. once the return back the next team member will start. this should be done as a race and whichever team loses does a forfeit. can also be done involving balls.
The tighter the square in the middle the hard it will be and will help players with agility. Can also introduce balls to help with dribblling.
