Both players sprint in same direction towards the first cone and back to the start then sprint to the second cone and sprint back to the start and finally sprint to the first cone again and then back to the start position. Cones are spaced out approximately 15 metres apart. The object is to sprint to each cone and back as quickly as possible until you have completed all sprints.

Use poles to stop players cutting the corners. players start from opposite ends. Alter the position of the cones so all players start in the middle and sprint away from each other.
