
Explain and demonstrate the advantages of faking a dodging. Then split teh team into 2 lines and get them to run through the obstacle course practising their faking and dodging in each direction. Once the line has gone through once change the defender at the second set of cones and run through again.
Use the full weight of the landing leg to push yourself with speed and power in the opposite direction. Act the dodge as much and you perform it.
