
Player starts at the middle cone. Sprints to first cone and touches. Sprints back to middle cone and touches. Follow the inside out pattern a until the player completes all cones. Must be completed at a rate of 100% pace. Options: You can opt to choose to have the player back pedal to the middle cone, side shuffle or sprint. Coaches discretion.
