Teams separated into two groups. Place a line of tall cones in the middle of a square created with flat cones. Two goalkeepers. PROGRESSION 1 The attacker (yellow player) runs towards the red cones and tries to trick his opponent (blue player) by changing directions on his run. As soon as the yellow player exits the yellow line of flat cones the blue player can defend and try to catch him up. Aim of the yellow player is to run towards the post (TALL CONES) PROGRESSION 2 Same sequence but now the attacker is with a ball. As soon as he exits the yellow line of flat cones he is allowed to take a shot towards the goal and try to score.
