
This warm up will require 4 cones, a ball and the players. It will involve all the players running around the cone and then stopping to do different dynamics when I say. I will also stop and do stretches when necessary. Then when I shout, a player will run into the middle of the cones and get the ball. They will dribble the ball around the square like the other players and when i shout another player, they will pass the ball to them. This will continue until the warm up is complete.
