
Players enter through the 2 cones on the left side of the penalty area, they sprint around the black cones until they get to the ladder. When they get to the ladder, they quick feet through it and continue to follow the cones around. When they reach the orange cones, they salom through the cones until they reach the final sprint. Each player does this twice to begin with. After that on the last go you introduce a ball at the start of the salom which the player has to finish the course with.
