Description
Pulse raiser:
The participants will do a light pitch jog twice, following a participant (selected by myself), copy the actions done by the selected participant (jumping, side steps, high knees)
Stretches/loosing:
Participants will stand on the line and copy what stretches I do and will do each stretch for eight seconds. The stretches will mainly leg stretches.
Shuttle run:
participants will stand behind the cones and do the shuttle run 3 times each.
