
when looking at the warm up i have designed i have involved a dynamics grid where i will run a range of stretches involving different parts of the body that are going to be used during my drill. before doing this i will increase the heart rate by using a stepping ladder where i will run a range of different stepping drills involving the ladder to increase the heart rate of the participates. i will also have a static area for participates that are unable to do certain stretches.
