The players will start by passing the ball wide to the other side. While the ball is traveling the MM and the Outside Midfielder will change positions. The player with the ball will give a ball wide towards the 23` where the MM player will pick up the ball and give it back to the Outside Midfielder who will eventually score. Late running is best, the players should be picking up the ball without slowing down
