Hockey: Footwork and savefootwork and kick into goal

Description

Aim goalkeeper in the goal tries to save the ball

the goalkeepers at the 'P' spot try to score

1. The goal keeper on the right (orange keeper) moves anticlockwise around the cones
2. the goalkeeper on the base line (blue keeper) kicks a ball to the top cone for the other keeper to kick into the goal
3. this is then repeated on the other side
4. all keepers move in a clockwise rotation
