Description
Each player will pair up with someone of the same ability.
One player will start with the ball on the line and the other in the field of play directly in front of their partner as a defender.
The defender will tap the ball with their hand when they are ready to start play. Once this has happened, the defender must make it back to the 5m line before attempting to touch the attacker
The attacker must avoid being touched.
