
Students are in pairs, 3 balls each. 1) Students label themselves A and B. 2) A will perform backhands first while B will stand at the back of the court opposite them. 3) After 3 backhands, they will switch by A moving to the back of their court and B position themselves at the top of the service line to play backhands to A with their 3 balls.
1) Two handed, Right hand on bottom, left hand on top with concentration on left hand. 3) Dip the head of the racket into the pool and swing the racket back onto your back with your elbow pointing to direction of your target.
